Easiest way to select these skins is type this into the console:-

skin "male_thug/xxx yyy zzz" or
skin "female_chick/xxx yyy zzz" or 
skin "male_runt/xxx yyy zzz"

where xxx is the head, yyy is body and zzz is the legs name i.e. The ALien Diablo Thug skin would be
skin "male_thug/dia dia dia"

Installation
Just extract all the files to your kingpin directory...Enjoy =)
