[05-08-01] Alternate RioTZ Team Skins by DirtyDog{WC}
The theme in RiotZ is supposed to be MobsterZ vs. GangstaZ and I thought it would be nice if the skins better reflected this.  So what I did was took some of the "New York Mafia" style skins i made for WheelBarrow's reprisal project (for the mobsterz) and combined them with the unused "Crenshaw Mafia" skins I made for Tunnlerams Crash Mod (for the gangstaz)  and place them in a pak file--all in all it was a fairly easy transition----however because all the skins I used for this were ONLY designed in THUG format, I had to convert a few from each style  into RUNTS and BITCHES because UNLIKE reprisal and crash, Riotz uses runts and bitches
