This time i created some high quality gangsta loops!
For the real Thugs and Gangsters of kingpin-land ;-)

INSTALLATION
------------
Check your Kingpin/main directory to see if you already have a pak9 in it.  
If you do, rename it to a smaller number then place this pak9 in your Kingpin/main folder
